1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to 8FigureTrader. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a program, using a simulated trading environment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any program rules displayed on the website, dashboard, checkout page, or account agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or services.

2. Nature of Services

8FigureTrader provides simulated trading evaluation programs, simulated funded accounts, educational information, dashboard access, and related trader assessment services. Our programs are designed to evaluate trading skill in a simulated environment. We do not provide brokerage services, investment management, financial advice, or custody of customer trading capital.

Performance in a challenge or simulated funded account does not guarantee future success, profits, rewards, employment, or access to live capital.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for confirming that use of 8FigureTrader services is permitted in your jurisdiction. Services are not intended for any jurisdiction where use would violate local laws or regulations.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and immediately notify 8FigureTrader if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are personal to the registered user. You may not sell, transfer, share, rent, or allow any third party to trade your account.

5. Programs and Account Sizes

8FigureTrader currently offers 2 Step Challenges, 1 Step Challenges, and Instant Funding programs. Available simulated account sizes are $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, and $200,000. Pricing, targets, drawdown limits, margin rules, reward terms, and available features may change at any time prior to purchase.

6. Challenge Rules

• 2 Step Challenge: Phase 1 profit target is 8%; Phase 2 profit target is 5%; daily loss limit is 4.5%; maximum loss limit is 10%.
• 1 Step Challenge: profit target is 10%; daily loss limit is 3.5%; maximum loss limit is 8%.
• Instant Funding: no challenge phase; daily loss and maximum loss limits apply as shown at purchase.
• Drawdown type is relative unless otherwise stated in the dashboard or program agreement.
• Leverage is 1:30 and max margin is 70% at any time.
• All trades must be closed by end of day. Holding past close is not allowed.
• Trades may not be held over weekends.

7. Trading Instruments

8FigureTrader only offers the following CFD instruments unless the dashboard shows otherwise: EURUSD, US30, US500, BTCUSD, XAUUSD, GBPUSD, and GBPJPY. Traders must only trade instruments made available on their assigned account.

8. Allowed and Prohibited Trading

News trading, martingale, and grid trading are allowed when manually executed by the trader and kept within account risk rules. However, abusive, unrealistic, or prohibited trading behavior is not allowed.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: copy trading, signal mirroring, third-party account management, passing services, trade copiers, arbitrage, latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, high frequency trading, platform exploitation, data feed abuse, hedging between accounts, account rolling/churning, use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, and any trading behavior that 8FigureTrader determines is inconsistent with fair use of the simulated environment.

All trades must be executed manually by the registered trader. No third party may operate the account.

9. Rewards and Payouts

The first reward cycle is 21 days. Subsequent reward cycles are every 14 days, subject to account eligibility, review, and compliance with all rules. The minimum reward request is 1.5% profit. Rewards may be processed via USDC or BTC, so users must provide an eligible crypto wallet where supported.

Reward share may be up to 95% depending on the program and account status. News trading profit may be limited to 40% of reward-eligible profit.

10. Refunds and Promotional Codes

Challenge fees may be refundable with the first eligible reward where stated. Outside of stated program refund rules, purchases are generally final once account credentials, dashboard access, or digital services have been delivered. Promotional codes, including SUMMER or any other code, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Scaling

After every successful reward, a trader’s next account allocation may increase by 20% according to the scaling plan, subject to compliance review and maximum allocation rules. The long-term scaling goal is up to $10,000,000, but scaling is not guaranteed and may be adjusted or denied for rule violations or risk concerns.

12. Risk Disclosure and No Financial Advice

All website content is educational and informational only. Nothing on this website is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Trading financial markets involves risk and may result in losses. Simulated trading results are not live trading results.

13. Suspension or Termination

8FigureTrader may suspend, restrict, terminate, or review any account where we suspect rule violations, prohibited trading, fraud, payment issues, identity concerns, abuse of promotions, misuse of the platform, or conduct that harms the company, users, partners, or the simulated trading environment.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, platform design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 8FigureTrader. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the website or services without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8FigureTrader is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, trading losses, platform interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
