Refund Policy

After a cleared payment on the purchase of one of our programs occurs, you will receive an email with the login details to access your Trading platform. Once this information is emailed to you, no refund will be given.

Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. Please contact our Live Chat support if you have any questions.

Bonus After Successful Completion of a Challenge

After you have successfully completed the Challenge phases and proceeded to the Funded phase you will receive a bonus equivalent to your initial sign up fee with your first withdrawal. Your bonus will not be applied until you have generated sufficient Virtual Profits for a withdrawal and have made the request.
